Correction for cased open frames in Advantage when hardware preps are required

Removed hinge prep code CC5317 – HGC from Frame Hinge Table as this is a duplicate.

Prep code CC6587 - HGCF is the correct prep

Corrected quantity of hinges per application

Combined all Lite and Louver Prep (P) tables into two new tables to minimize number of table selections and accommodate new Type 9 and Type 10 kits

New tables are: KIT-LITE – Lite/Lvr Cutouts Spec Size/Loc
                             KIT-TYPE – Lite Kit Types

Type 9 kit is now the standard kit for 1/4” glass which replaces the Type 1 kit. (Type 1 kit is available but must be selected from table)

Type 10 kit is the standard kit for 1/2", 3/4" and 1” glass which replaces the Type 2 kit. (Type 2 kit is available but must be selected from table)
