Graintech revised to price and validate in AHM and OEW, Enterprise/Advantage

Louver Cutouts and Louvers Installed

Special size louver as an installed option is no longer available
Location is always top of door to top of cutout
Numerous new options for installed louvers
Louver/Cutout Location Method is no longer an option
Location will always be from top of door to top of cutout

Step#1 - Select required door type



Step #2 - Select the required prep and continue with takeoff



Step #3 - F2 in the Opening Notes field to reveal required attributes



Step #4 - Enter dimensions as required (Channel attribute is autmatically applied)



Step # 5 - F9 to save attributes, F9 to exit prep and add on window.

Continuous Hinge Preps - Important Information

SF6424 - CH-EDGE Reinforced on STANDARD width door (NOT UNDERSIZED)
It is assumed that FRAME IS OVERSIZED
No other options available

SF6425 - CH-FACE Reinforced on STANDARD width door (NOT UNDERSIZED)
It is assumed that the hinge is FULL SURFACE
No other options available

SF6044 - CHR Reinforced per MFR and PART# (UNDERSIZED IF REQUIRED)
Manufacturer Code and Part number required for proper reinforcement location and door size
NOTE: Use this option when UNDERSIZED DOORS are required

New Table - Floor Clearance/Undercut
Preps from 1/8" through 2" applied as a hardware prep to threshold.

NOTE - ADVANTAGE ONLY:

Using these preps on paired openings does not apply the undercut to the inactive leaf.
In this case please use the Prep code SF1402 in Engineered Options
This allows user input for undercut from 1/8" through 4" as Hollow Metal prep

Furnished square cut for welding by distributor - (NOT DIE MITERED)
Can also be ordered factory welded
