Curries partial update 8-72 (also inlcudes 8-71 restriction mods for 707EP 18ga 8P )

Added Thermal Break (TB) M Prorfile KD and CCW components
Previous method of pricing was loading the KD add into the CCW estimate as well.
This will create new alternate product codes. If you stock any of this material you will need to assign equivalent product

Corrected Urethane Core Embossed 8 panel door. 6'8" door is fabricated to comply with ADA.
Both 3068 adn 3070 doors are outsourced and will ship direct from vendor
Type Code is 8P in lieu of E8
