Corrects issue with DBLCO - Double Cased Open frames not validating

Deleted Door Lock Table LOCKS-SS
Stainless steel doors and frames are call for pricing thus no special hardware preps are required - Use Standard hardware preps
Even if HW preps have a list price pricing should indicate a list price of $0.00
The stainless steel preps have been made obsolete

Added new prep for M or MP Lock at Non Standard Location

Added the following fire ratings for frames - 20M, 45M, 90M, 3Hr
Added new frame labels for UL and WHI options
