 ASTRAG-P Table – Astragals Engineered

 Upon discussion with the factory, all astragals with hardware preps have been removed from the table

Any preps must be applied to the door and the astragal indicated will be prepped identically

This is the only way to ensure hardware preps are applied to the door by the factory

Available options are indicated on the Curries DOOR CODE CHART and show below

THIS CHANGE HAS NO AFFECT ON SOURCED PRODUCT

ESTIMATES WITH NO DOOR PREPS APPLIED

THESE WILL NEED TO BE REVIEWED AND MODIFIED ACCORDINGLY

UNDERCUT Table

NOTE: Undercuts applied as HW Prep on pairs of doors will not apply prep on Inactive Leaf

Undercuts as a HW prep can be used on Single doors but not on double doors

Undercuts as a HM prep can be used on Single doors and must be used on Double doors

HW preps look for a quantity of 2 to apply that prep to the inactive leaf

Since there is only 1 threshold the HW Prep undercut only applies to the active leaf
