Partial Steelcraft Update 3-10

Complete Frame update in AHM for all DW frames due to deleting base anchors from jamb

Base anchors must be selected for all DW frames unless you do not require them

Revised OEW attributes for some door and frame labels

Added WHS rating for 20 minute

Special labels for borrowed lites, sidelites, etc not included

These will be in the next update
